Termination is something the employee is forced to leave maybe on the disciplinary grounds or violation of conduct guidelines whereas the retirement can be the employee completes his tenure/his service. resignation is some thing the employee leaves the organisation reasons may be personal or professional such as better oppurtunities etc for all these Seperation action will do with a different set of reason for the action.
