・居住区によって住民税（∈地方税）に違いはほとんどない
　（標準税率：一律、超可税率：大部分の自治体で採用されず、かつ、適用されてもほとんど差がない）。
・国民保健保険料（23区安め）、介護保険？と固定資産税には大きな違いあり。


【注意】
一人あたりの住民税額の順位：算定式は「市町村の住民税課税総額÷人口」で算出されています。よって、所得の高い方がいればいるほどこのランキングが高くなるものであり、それが個人の住民税負担の高低を示している物ではありません。所得、控除額が同じであれば、全国どこに住んでいても、住民税の金額は同じになります。つまり、下位ランクは、「貧乏な市町村で住民サービスの充実が困難」という見方ができないこともないということになります。
